Visitor Assistant

National Museums Liverpool is hiring a Visitor Assistant, where the role focuses on enhancing the experience of visitors. As a Visitor Assistant you will work within the Visitor Experience Team and be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming, friendly, safe and enjoyable visit.

Main Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent customer service that supports and enhances every aspect of the visitor journey

• Always provide the highest possible standards of interaction with visitors by actively engaging and providing assistance and information

• Proactively promote all public programming and income generation opportunities including membership, temporary exhibitions, commercial outlets and visitor donations

• Provide support for out-of-hours activities, such as extended venue opening hours, functions, private views and other events, as required.
