Venue Hire & Events Manager
Story Museum is looking for a Venue Hire & Events Manager to work with the Commercial Services Coordinator and in-house F&B team to maximise income generation through venue hires to support the charitable aims of the Story Museum.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Venue Hire & Events Team to maximise income and take overall responsibility for event management across the organisation to contribute to the success and sustainability of The Story Museum
Increase the number of premium events and exploit opportunities during periods of low activity elsewhere in the Museum
Proactively uphold the quality of the visitor experience and customer service.
