Venue Hire & Events Manager

Story Museum is looking for a Venue Hire & Events Manager to work with the Commercial Services Coordinator and in-house F&B team to maximise income generation through venue hires to support the charitable aims of the Story Museum. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Venue Hire & Events Team to maximise income and take overall responsibility for event management across the organisation to contribute to the success and sustainability of The Story Museum

  • Increase the number of premium events and exploit opportunities during periods of low activity elsewhere in the Museum

  • Proactively uphold the quality of the visitor experience and customer service.
