ASOS is hiring a Senior Photographer. As one of the Seniors, you will be working closely with the Photography Manager and wider senior teams. You will train, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver the best ecommerce assets in the industry for the ASOS product pages, to appeal directly to the 20 something customer. You will drive department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively. You will have the ability to successfully lead the team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting directly into the Photography Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of overseeing the day-to-day running your Photographer team. This will primarily include product page enrichment of 1000+ products per day
Shooting products to a high standard across model and non-model studios
You will be expected to shoot across a range of creative projects including but not limited to campaigns and social, using a variation of techniques including mobile.
Deliver high-quality model direction, ensuring energy, authenticity, and engagement in every shoot. Coach and develop the teams ability to bring out expressive, fashion-forward movements that align with the ASOS aesthetic.
Ensuring creative implementation, budget, cost per product, and volumetric KPIs are adhered to
Possess the skill and knowledge to lead a team of Midweight and Junior Photographers monitoring all processes throughout the day
Responsible for creation, maintenance, and communication of creative shoot guides from a photography perspective
