Junior Producer

ITV Studios is hiring a Junior Producer! The Junior Producer works across a portfolio of the events with the Producers, and will have Project planning to support the Producers on the flagship experiences and to deliver allocated projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guest list & Delegate Management: coordinate and manage the registration of internal and external guests at all events

• Where applicable manage delegates travel and accommodation

• Forge strong links with key internal personnel; the wider marketing teams, press and comms teams, sales teams and senior stakeholders

• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and bring new ideas to the team to evolve our work

• Act as a brand ambassador for Brand Experiences and ITV Studios Marketing
