Digital & Insights Manager

Chichester Festival Theatre are looking for a Digital and Insights Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll need to use data, digital tools, and sharp insight to help them connect with audiences in exciting new ways.

You’ll lead on everything from CRM strategy and audience research to website performance and digital innovation, shaping smarter campaigns, seamless customer journeys, and a deeper understanding of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on gathering and analysing audience and participant data, using surveys, benchmarks and reporting tools.

  • Turn insights into actionable recommendations that support audience growth, engagement, and long-term strategy.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure insights are embedded in planning, evaluation, and delivery of programming and campaigns.

  • Support the development of an audience strategy that reflects Holiday Club’s community values and creative vision.
